Why Us

At Solis Law we appreciate that Solicitors are seen by many as an expensive luxury.  Our aim is to change that perception by demonstrating that we add value to our Clients by providing appropriate and concise advice which adds value to your business whilst being cost effective.

It is our policy to advise Clients at the outset what we estimate will be the cost to them of the work we will carry out.  When we provide an estimate we will not exceed it without first agreeing with you that the costs have increased and demonstrating to you why they have gone beyond our initial expectations.

Our experience in the fields of work we specialise in shows that our initial estimates are generally accurate.  We believe that open and frank discussions with Clients on fees and disbursements are a sure fire way to avoid Client dissatisfaction.  You will know at the outset what we consider will be the legal costs, VAT and all relevant disbursements we will need to pay on your behalf so that you can budget appropriately.

Given that the vast majority of our Clients come to us by referral we believe this speaks volumes about the openness we have in charging.

In many transactions  we are able to offer a fixed fee quote for the services we supply – please contact us to discuss further.

All our Clients are provided with our Terms and Conditions of Business and our Money Laundering Policy which we require them to confirm to us and these set out our contract with you as a client.

We are fully covered with Indemnity Insurance
